This privacy policy sets out how Panoramic Journeys Ltd uses and protects any information that you give Panoramic Journeys Ltd when you use this website.

What we do with the information you give us

When you enquire or make contact with us then your details are stored in our database enabling us respond to your request for further information and to plan a journey. By registering on the website you are able to access pages that you have 'favourited' for your reference, we cannot access this information until you send it to us. By signing up for a newsletter you give us consent to send you ongoing eNewsletter communications. We do not share any of this information with third parties.

If you make a booking you will need to send us passport details (of all those travelling) as these are required for us to secure flights and sometimes in-country visas. We also require information regarding any health/mobility considerations or dietary requirements that may effect your experience in country. These are passed on only to the necessary third party suppliers.
